Privacy Policy

Email address — only if you unlock the IHSS pay period calendar or join the Guided Help early-access list. We use it to send you what you signed up for (the calendar, or Guided Help launch and early-access updates) and, occasionally, updates when we add new guides or tools. We never sell or share it, and we do not use it for billing, because there is nothing to bill for.

Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use IHSS Planner in aggregate (page views, feature usage, session counts). Some events include your selected county as a coarse, non-identifying segmentation dimension, so we can see which counties our tools serve. No personally identifiable information — and never your authorized hours, pay figures, or email address — is attached to these events.

Your schedule data — the scheduler runs entirely in your browser. Your authorized hours, days off, pay rate, and generated schedule are never sent to our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Ever.

If you unlock the pay period calendar, your email address and the county you selected are stored securely via Supabase. That is the only personal information we store. There are no user accounts, and your authorized hours, days off, pay rate, and generated schedule are never sent to us — those stay in your browser.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@ihssprovider.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

If you join the Guided Help early-access list, we store your email address (with the date you opted in) so we can email you when the first Guided Help resource launches and about your early-access offer. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@ihssprovider.com.

Joining the pay period calendar does not add you to Guided Help. You join Guided Help only by explicitly submitting the Guided Help early-access form.

We use cookies only for Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets analytics cookies to distinguish users and sessions. You can disable these by using a browser extension that blocks GA4, or by enabling your browser's built-in ad or tracker blocking.
