About IHSS Planner

IHSS providers do essential work. Most providers we spoke to had no idea they were leaving overtime money on the table. Not because they were careless, but because no one ever showed them how to schedule their hours.

We built IHSS Planner because that seemed fixable. A good tool should be able to take your authorized hours and hand you back a schedule that respects every cap, surfaces every overtime opportunity, and tells you what your paycheck will look like — in under two minutes.

IHSS Planner is a free scheduling and income estimation tool for California IHSS providers. It runs entirely in your browser — we don't collect your hours or your schedule data.
