IHSS Planner is provided free of charge for the free tier. You may use it without creating an account. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of scheduling outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

IHSS Planner is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), any California county, or any government agency. Use of this tool does not constitute legal or regulatory guidance.

Information provided by IHSS Planner — including scheduling outputs, paycheck estimates, and FAQ content — is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Always verify your specific authorized hours, caps, and rules with your county IHSS office before submitting a timesheet.

The Pro plan is billed at $7 per month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period. Continued use of Pro features after cancellation takes effect is not permitted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of IHSS Planner after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of IHSS Planner shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
