How to Use
Quick Intake
- Month & Year — choose the month you want to plan.
- Providers / Recipients — select 1 or 2 providers and 1 or 2 recipients.
- Who can serve? — for each recipient, choose which provider(s) are authorized (P1 only, P2 only, or both).
- Exemption — 66 hours/week (default) or 90 if you have an approved exemption.
- WPCS mode — check only if you also provide WPCS. This enables a 70:45 weekly cap and (if configured later) a 12‑hour daily limit.
- Advanced: Weekly cap override — optional HH:MM override if your county gave you a different written weekly cap.
Recipient details
- Name — optional; just for display.
- Monthly authorized hours — enter HH:MM or decimal quarters (.25/.50/.75). The planner will not exceed this monthly total.
Provider details
- Name — optional.
- Weekly cap — read‑only when set by Exemption/WPCS/Override. The planner enforces this per Sunday–Saturday week.
- Hours worked before this month — if you already worked some hours in the first week before this month starts, enter them to preload the weekly counter.
- Planned days off — check and list dates as MM/DD (comma‑separated). Those days are marked OFF and not scheduled.
Generate & Print
- Click Generate Calendar to build the schedule.
- The planner distributes minutes, enforces weekly caps, and then tops up remaining minutes into weeks with room—up to each recipient’s monthly total.
- Use Print for a paper copy.
Notes
- Everything runs in your browser. No accounts. No uploads.
- Rounding is minute‑precise; the tool formats HH:MM.
